Cancellation Policy
Cancellations on the day of a reservation will incur 100% of the cost.
Cancellations one day before a reservation will incur 80% of the cost.
Cancellations over three days before a reservation will incur 50% of the cost.
*Days counted towards these numbers do not include Wednesdays and Sundays.
Making a Reservation
Please make a reservation through your hotel’s concierge after arriving in Japan.
We ask for your understanding that we do not usually have staff working that speak foreign languages.
